Absolutely horrific place!!! I went to the place yesterday, keep in mind i drove from Arlington, VA to this place because it was highly recommended, also get my nails done religiously every 2 weeks. I went in to the place to ask for two pedicures, full set acrylic, and gel manicure. I had my nail and other person's acrylic nails done by a man named Tai; absolutely terrible job. Side of nails not filed, insisted on ugly nail designs which I declined, still did on my nails, and still had the audacity to charge me. The 2nd person with me had acrylic set done and it was jut as horrible, it is day 2 and nails are falling of, uneven, and color is coming off? sounds bad already. 
Worst thing is i spent over $150 for work I could have done at work. 
I call today to speak to the manager "Tai" and he was rude, unable to give any solution other than to come back,. I'm sorry, i live in VA, I'm not driving back to their place. 
The pedicure lady, is very bad, nails half colored, and toe nails not trimmed evenly. 
I called about 5-7 times trying to get my problem resolved, hilarious part is that apparently owner's wife answered the phone, but she was soon rude, not letting me speak nor explain the problem. Rather just yelling me "what's your problem, if you have a problem come here!" As an owner, that is no way to speak to a customer. Incase she's forgotten, customers and good customer service is what keeps a business open. 
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOES TO THIS PLACE. BETTER OFF DOING YOUR NAILS YOURSELF. 
The owner's need to recheck who they have working if he/she wants to keep this business going. So sad.
