Pat at T&N Nails has been my nail tech for several years. In comparison to other salons I've visited, none can compare -- from the manicure and pedicures to keeping up with the latest trends with polish, designs, etc. Pat is the best at what she does. She's efficient, precise, and most importantly, understands the wants and needs of the customer. I'm a satisfied customer if I receive quality service, which I have always at T&N. There have been times I've had to wait, but the level of performance makes up for that. I've never been disappointed by the service performed by Pat.

I went to the heavy set lady. Her English was not the greatest. I got a pedicure for $30 and I am bleeding on my toe and she put this Green solution on my big toe. When I left out the bleeding started again and has now ruined the shoes I have on. Then I soaked off my gel nails and got her to do SNS. I am now bleeding on 6 out of the 10 nails. I have attached pictures of all of the Green solution on my nails due to the bleeding. She was never sensitive. 

This place was very unsanitary. She used the same washing utensils for my feet as she did for the customer before me, the trash can was flithy and the pedicure bowl was not washed out before she sat me down. 

I am used to Nail Technicians speaking in their native tongue but she was telling across the shop. Then she kept asking was I ok. I kept saying I'm in pain. But she said nothing. 

I met a few women who said they loved the shop and had pretty designs on their nails and feet but another technician did all of those ladies I saw. I just moved in the area and I am trying to find a new nail shop but this place will not be it.

Pat is the best!  Stop in and check out the newly renovated shop.  Definitely one of the best on this side of town!

This was the worst experience that I ever had in my life it took them 4 hours with two people in the nail salon maybe in one of the two to get a full set and my toes polished the Polish would not dry they did not care they were mistreating me in front of witnesses and yanking my arm I had to threaten them to call the police long story short I wanted up getting a hold of the owner and a matter of 5 or 10 minutes by calling another store this was my first time there I had to threaten them on four occasions that I was going to call the police to get my money back I'm not sure how kept my calm the entire time but God even the people that were in there their regular customers was telling them to change my polish I got ahold of the owner and finally got my money back for hours just for polish to dry from a full set nasty disrespectful unprofessional the fat girl that did my nails skews my expression but they don't even give out names after I called the owner went back in the two ladies that were raising their voice and yelling and talking trash to me one of them was the manager name Pat I asked her you're the manager yes I said why didn't you tell me that she said you never asked me needless to say I got my money back and I'll never go back to this place it's disasterous don't waste your time or your money and I'm not even one to write reviews
