I go to KC, she is the $hit!!! I have never had a problem with her doing my nails and they always look great. She takes her time, not slow, but is very diligent and careful...none of that clipping of the skin or speeding thru to get done. She is awesome.

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years or longer. The work my nail tech does is wonderful. However, lately they have messed up several of my appointments, there is a huge language barrier most times when I call to make, confirm or update my ETA. When that happens, there’s no apology or remorse for their mistake. They never offer anything to accommodate the inconvenience THEY cause. An apology is minimal and I don’t even get that. I’m always courteous, respectful of time, and I tip quite well...you’d think they’d care a bit...

I just moved in the area and tried a nail shop down the street who was the worst place I had ever gone to in my life. I came to Tracy's nails because of the reviews. I was extremely pleased. I got SNS! There was minimal drilling, no UV lighting, all natural process. Ivy had the correct products, very precise and gentle. This place is cheaper for SNS than I'm used to. Only $39 including soak off and reapplication. This place was also very clean and they use new utensils on instead.
