Took my 2015 Ram 2500 to the dealership to have tire stud replaced, check for exhaust leak and check trailer connection. Absolutely no issues with the back up camera when I dropped the truck off.   Mr. Hollinger calls me up tells me the truck is almost done, no exhaust leak and no problem with trailer wiring.  Then I received a second call from a female, the truck is done there may or may not be a problem with the trailer connection.  I asked the female why the change from the initial call. Female puts me on hold, Hollinger picks up the phone. Hollinger  turns me a circle for 5 minutes, there may or may not be a problem with the trailer connection. So I go to the dealership to pick my truck up, I'm charged 201.00 dollars, seems high to me but I paid it.  As I'm leaving the lot, I decided to price out an accessory, so I backed the truck into a parking spot. The reverse camera is  not working,  well it's working but its completely static with a rolling picture.  I make Hollinger aware and to his credit he has me pull the truck into a bay and he "eye balls" the wiring from the camera. Tells me to bring the truck back the following day because as he put it, "we're gonna make this right."     

I'm not an inspection mechanic, but I'm mechanically inclined. When I get the truck home I crawl underneath it and visually inspect the camera.  I found two things:  The factory zip ties securing the wiring harnes to the frame were cut and never replaced.  The wiring harness was shoved up between the frame and the bumper. Second- the reverse camera has condensation in it. I can see dirty water leaking out of the tailgate handle.The truck was pressure washed at the dealership ruining the camera.

I return to the dealership and attempt to have a rational conversation with Mr. Hollinger.  Again he attempts to talk me in circle for 15 minutes. I received no explanation on why the wiring harness was not secured properly.  He did not deny that the truck, atleast the rear of the truck was power washed.  He blames the condensation in the camera essentually on me.  Then tells me that "he" only charged me $49.00 dollars  to check the truck out and "he" feels like he was doing me a favor.   The moisture in the camera may or may not work itself out. I guess time will tell.  I don't think I was out of line to ask for the $49.00 back.  As of now NO response from the dealership.  I would not recommend having any work done at this business.

For context, my wife and I live in NJ east of Philadelphia and are ~ 60 miles (90min) away from Anthony D'Ambrosio. We started our search for a minivan closer to home and visited a great Honda dealership and several mediocre Chrysler dealerships. Ultimately, we settled on the Chrysler Pacifica and after seeing enough variations of the model we figured out what trim level and options we were most interested in. Anthony D'Ambrosio had the exact match we were looking for, and I reached out to them via email and received a very quick response from Mark Lodzuk. 

I was initially hesitant about purchasing a vehicle out of state as I knew it would be a slight complication getting the vehicle registered, etc., but absolutely no one at a nearby dealership came close to the level of responsiveness that Mark showed. I was shocked and appalled with other dealers who simply refused to give me a quote via email. It's disingenuous when someone showcases what they have in stock via their website, but then resorts to antiquated sales tactics where they want you to come in and sit down and discuss a price. This did not happen with Anthony D'Ambrosio! Mark and I were able to communicate about price and explore available discounts and incentives well in advance of me ever setting foot in the dealership. I was able to shop around and feel comfortable with the price Mark quoted me, and my wife and I set up a time to make the drive out to their dealership to verify the car was what we wanted, made sure it worked, and we completed the transaction on the spot. 

I'm willing to bet that a majority of folks looking to but a minivan work and have kids, and both of those things make it hard to shop for a vehicle. Mark and his team made it easy, and I'm grateful for his willingness to embrace a more modern form of car shopping. If you're in the south NJ / Eastern PA area I highly recommend them.

Had issues with my 2015 Ram 3500 but the dealership and Service always made sure I had a curtesy car to use and has been the best for buying from new and used.

My girlfriend went here to get 2 recalls done on her 2008 wrangler which were the passengers side airbag and the clock spring which they did free of charge and all was good. Picked the car up to find a cigarette bud on the driver side seat which was not a huge deal but she doesn't smoke and I just thought that was very unprofessional. Called them, not to complain but just for future advice about this and they denied any of it and said none of their workers smoke. Lol we don't smoke either but we saw one of their guys smoking and they are apart of the service department but anyway the work they did seems to be good.

I would like to thank all of my coworkers at Anthony's for all their hard work on our most recent purchase. My husband's truck had broken down and we needed something quick. Mark Lodzuk helped me to find not just any truck, but the perfect truck for him. Kevin in finance was able to get us a great rate for the year. It needed some work through the shop, but Kim, Trevor and Greg, the technician, were all fantastic and hustled to have it ready by the end of the week for us.
  Its a great place to work for and to work with. They have made my husband and I extremely happy with the purchase of our 2007 Dodge Ram. Thank you guys!
