I detest this shop!!!!!!!!!!!! There's always something wrong with an order and we've bought a cake more than 5 times! Every time we hope for better results but end up disappointed!!! Not to mention, I feel bad for the people who buy their bread. There's always a fly inside it, it's really disgusting! They also charge for every tiny thing and reply with such snark comments! This is the last straw! we found a new and better bakery and we're never going back there again. Don't waste your time go to another bakery

When it comes to getting a cake decorated they definitely suck! So if you’re looking for something nice for your party I’d look somewhere else. However if that’s not the case, the 3 leches cake they make here is good.

Worst customer service. Don’t waste your money at this bakery. You will be better off with a pre-decorated Walmart cake than with a cake you buy here that looks nothing like the one you ordered. Even if you bring your own decorations they manage to always screw it up and add overpriced little decorations that they like. Gave them too many chances and regret every single one of them. Cakes aren’t ready when you order them, even if you show up 1-2 hours after the programmed pick up time. Even if you go in and decorate it to your own specifications they change it to theirs. If they don’t have certain decorations you’ve chosen at the time your order is placed they will not bother to call you to inform you at the time it’s getting done, they’ll just choose for you. The times I’ve been there they’ve kept the back door open at which means flies and other insects can get in and creep in you cake. Went here 3 times and every single time they managed to mess something different up. Go somewhere else!

Great bakery!!! Everything is so fresh and delicious. I went in there needing a cake at that moment. They had multiple cake flavors available. I highly recommend this place.

I give them 5 stars on the cake, but took away three because of the customer service. It's been multiple times web I order a cake and the lettering is crooked, ugly, or they didn't do the design of the cake how I asked them to. All in all it's annoying that they make things the wrong way not only that, but to keep one waiting on the phone for 5 minutes without a reason is rude.
