The staff consistently ignores waiting customers. People making special requests (such as checking if there are baked goods available) get the run around. Accommodations for a low-carb or gluten-free diet are unreasonable (stale, flavorless wrap or tiny lettuce wrap with no added vegetables; hidden flour products are in everything). Orders take a long time to come out and food is bland.

Good place for salads, pasta, and sandwiches (breakfast and lunch). Nice sit-down seating in booths or at tables. Access during construction is a pain....

I like this location becuase of the food & restaurant size. The interior offers a large comfortable wood decorated atmosphere. Food is very good for a nice reasonably priced lunch. I like that they have deals where you can mix and match your salad, soup or sandwitch. They of course have very delicious baked goods.

Food tastes good and served quickly. Not sure why they pump in air-conditioning during winter.

I stood at the counter for 4 minutes before someone said anything to me even though I made eye contact with 2 people. None of the workers smiled once aside from the blonde girl who serves peoples food (I think she was new but seriously give her a raise...she was the only nice one). On top of the bad environment, it took 15 minutes to get a scramble yet I was the only one waiting on food and they got my order wrong. There seriously needs to be a manager walking around encouraging everyone to smile every once in awhile, be timely, and not ignore customers at the counter.
