Great service department! I brought my Jetta in to get service done and they were great! Their time estimate for how long it would take was spot-on and they were very professional the entire time. Lisa was especially helpful and provided me with exceptional customer service! I will definitely return here any time I need anything done on my car!

Just plain horrible sales people. I believe the man I dealt with was named David, but there were others. They are all incompetent. I was told to make an appointment for a car we wanted to buy. I did just that. We made an appointment for about 3 days out. They sold the car the day I made the appointment. This is fine, however I live 2 hours away from this dealership. A solid 2 hour drive. They sold the car 3 days before my appointment and didn't bother to call me! They emailed me about 100 times asking me if I was interested in this car and that car (including ironically the car that I had an appointment for), but couldn't bother telling me I had a appointment for a car that was already sold? I was told Antwerpen is a good dealership to go to, well it does not seem that is the case.

We have bought 3 cars from this dealership and the first 2 were wonderful cars no problems. We just bought a used Hyundai that had only 14500 miles on it. There were several things they had to fix off the git go and they did them. But about 2 or 3 weeks later there were problems with the cooling system which was one of the problems they "fixed" after we bought the car. We had to pay over 800 to get the repairs completed. We understand when you buy a used car that things can go wrong but really?. I contacted the general manager and explained what had happened and that the car was my daughters and she was a recent college grad with student loans and asked if there was anything they could do since part of the problem was something they claimed they had fixed. He was very understanding and asked for the bills to be sent to him so he could see what if anything he could do. After a couple of weeks I finally got an answer...he could offer us 10% of the monies we had to pay. Eighty dollars! is all they offered. A loyal customer for years and they offer 10%. When I said I expected a little more considering we have bought 3 cars from them 7 years I was told sorry this is what they can do. I told them since Antwerpen appeared to need the 80.00 more than a poor college grad they could keep it. NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

THE BEST! What can't I say about them!?! From the second I walked in to me walking out the door with my brand new Passat was absolutely amazing! I came in with the mind set that I wouldn't be able to trade my 2016 Jeep Wrangler for something a bit smaller and cheaper but Tara did it for me! I told Tara everything I would want in a car knowing I probably wouldn't get it and told her the ideal amount but long and behold I got the car I dreamed of having plus more and got a cheaper payment then what I expected! Tara was absolutely a delight and just very pleasant to deal with! The other staff introduced themselves and I was even welcomed by the general manager Chris Green personally! When I say they're not in it for the money but in it to help people get what they need and dream of I really mean it! If I could give them 100 stars I would! Thank you Tara for making this experience unforgettable and I most certainly will be coming to see you in the future for my next purchase! Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming and helpful!
