TEE!!!! What a great representation of this dealership! She was always available for questions. Even when I was physically at another dealership looking at vehicles to compare to what I found at Ritchie Auto Sales, she was texting me on things to be on the lookout for. Even sending me NADA prices on whatever vehicle I was looking at so I would know that they were giving me the absolute best deal.  And I have to say that Ritchie Auto Sales had the be
st value! They let me test drive multiple vehicles multiple times and was so patient with all my questions. And made my 4 year old feel special on several occasions. They seriously have a family atmosphere and are wonderful people. I'm so excited to tell everyone about my findings. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed and important!

This place is great. These people go 110% of the way to make the experience of buying a used car, a good one. All reasonably priced cars and trucks with great service. I would recommend to anyone!! Thank you Tee for all the extra hard work !

OMG!!!! Ritchie Auto Sales are the most amazing car dealership I've ever dealt with. Most people try and give u the sales pith that they treat u like family. But Ritchie Auto Sales actually does. My son wanted a mustang so bad and he would not take any other car. Well Ritchie Auto Sales not only searched and searched for weeks giving me weekly updates that they were still looking, they actually got him his mustang. Then since it was his 1st time buying they patiently walked us both threw the whole process step by step. Even when I had a million questions they were still so kind and patient with me. They got him and amazing financing deal with and extremely low rate. I will scream from the mountain tops that they are  truly AMAZING. BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!Anyone looking for a car go to RITCHIE AUTO SALES,  8191 Ritchie Highway A,  Pasadena MD 21122. I promise you will not be disappointed. I give them 100 stars in Sales, in customer satisfaction and overall truly treating you like family.

Just bought our car from richie auto sales after a 3 weeks process trying to find the right car they did everything to make sure we got the car we were looking for. Great people and would definitely buy a car from them in the future they went above and beyond to not just make a sale. Nick even played with the kids while signing paper work.... keep up the great customer service would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again to the team at richie auto sales!!!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing my daughter's first car at Ritchie Auto Sales! No pressure or haggling and Nick and his staff were a pleasure to work with! Will definitely keep them in mind for future auto purchases and tell all my friends about them!
