Jordan H was absolutely the best. He took video with his phone of the inside of my archaic furnace, and explained in great detail what he was showing me. I appreciate how he went through each item that was an issue in a way so it was really clear to me. I had all of my questions answered. Also, I really appreciate that they use plastic bag shoe covers too. I had 2 people recommend your company to me. Jordan was clear, concise and had a sense of humor. It actually was quite a fun night.

Joe gave me a detailed and thorough second opinion on my furnance. The next day, Richard came out and I was given options for pricing because I had decided to replace it. Today, which makes the third day in a row, Skyler and Najee (hope I am close on the spelling) were out to install. All of them did a fantastic job! They were professional, knowledge and willing to work with us to get us the very best deal!

I was told they wanted to educate their customers and then earn their business for life. I feel they live up to this and I am happy to use their services again.

Very poor customer service. We needed a drain unclogged and made an appointment several days in advance for them to come. The time was to be between 11-1. They called and said it would most likely be around 1 when the technician would come and I said that is fine I just need to leave to work by 3. They kept calling to inform me they would call when a technician was on the way. Eventually called at 2:10 saying a technician would on his way.. had to cancel clearly there was not enough time for them to get here do the job and be done by when I needed to leave. They didn’t offer to reschedule or discount or anything for my wasted time. I spent my morning waiting around. I am very frustrated because that is the reason for appointments. I understand things happen but good customer service would offer you other options. Probably won’t ever try with them again after this.

Technician was clean, friendly and resourceful. He encountered a few problems with the nature of the old house but tactfully overcome them and fixed my pipes expertly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have used Any Hour for a lot of projects over the years.  They get the job done right and on time.  They are clean, respectful and professional.  I highly recommend them for any project, large or small.
