Today Brady B came over and tuned up our furnace. We just moved into our home two weeks ago and it’s our first home, so we need all the help and advice we can get. Brady did an excellent job. He was professional and friendly and I feel he went above and beyond in the tune up. He gave advice that he thought would he helpful for us and even looked at our water heater quickly, which he wasn’t required to do. I cannot emphasize enough the great experience I had with this company. I have no doubt they would do their best to help us in any situation. I highly recommend this company.

Chad V. with Any Hour did a fantastic job today with my furnace tune-up and safety inspection! I appreciated how they called me about 30 minutes before coming to let me know he was on his way, then he arrived a little early to our scheduled appointment. He did a great job with the detailed tune-up and inspection, and left me with a copy of his detailed notes, with the details and other information clearly noted on the page. Great guy, easy to talk to, also very good at what he does. I love working with Any Hour Services and their wonderful technicians like Chad. He did a great job, personally and professionally! Highly recommend him (and any of their fine technicians); will definitely use them again -- and I have, several times!

David A. was awesome!! I had initially scheduled to have him come out to look at some toilets that weren't flushing properly. I was able to fix the issue on my own but had them come out to look at a removing an used had pipe. He agreed to give me a bid without charging me and even gave us advice as we were thinking of doing it on our own. I really appreciate that there wasn't any pressure tactics and that he was very straightforward. The dispatch office agents were great as well with understanding my situation. I will definitely use Any Hour Services the next time I need help.

Ricky is the BEST plumber I've ever worked with.  I was extremely grateful for the education he provided to help me understand what was happening in our home with our water heater and what/why things needed to be replaced.  His answers were never condescending. (which unfortunately I've had when I used another company in the past)  Ricky treated me like family and took care of my home as if it was his own.  He went above and beyond tightening a loose faucet, putting protective materials over the carpet, and sending me a progress update email with photos.  I have never had such phenomenal service.  I have already recommended him to several friends!

Any hour was amazing today! They came out so quickly after we called - we were having problems with our furnace not putting out any heat. Franco showed up and was so polite and easy to work with! He also fixed an outstanding furnace problem we had been having that other people had quoted us 10,000 + dollars for to replace the Whole hvac unit for just the troubleshooting cost. We ended up needing a gas valve replaced and he gave us a competitive price for parts and labor and went to pick up the part, and install it, all in a very speedy time frame. They take a lot of time and have high attention to detail here and really try and fix your problems! They also go over cost with you well before pulling the trigger on repairs, so you aren't automatically stuck with a high bill. But once you give them the go ahead, they are very efficient and get it fixed quickly. And I had children napping while Franco was doing the repairs, and he was very polite and respectful and was able to fix it quietly as well. All in all tremendously positive experience with him and with Any Hour!
