We had an amazing experience with Black Diamond. The power went out in our kitchen on Sunday morning and they had someone here within about an hour. Our electrician's name was Kyle Shaw and he was fantastic. He was very friendly and hands-on. He answered all of my questions and explained everything that he was doing. It was very reassuring. He even braved our horrible attic to solve the problem. The whole situation was really painless and informative. It was especially refreshing after calling Any Hour and being told that, in fact, they did not provide service at any hour. I'll definitely go back to Black Diamond for any service I need in the future.

Black Diamond and Justin were amazing. Our furnace went out late in the night and it was freezing outside. Justin was there the next afternoon with a new furnace. He installed the furnace one day and the air conditioner the next day (ours was 25 years old and on its last legs). They made sure we were getting the right equipment and quality for our home. Black Diamond quickly helped us with financing and we were warm again in no time. Extremely professional. Great work. The furnace has been in for a couple of months and runs like a dream. Would hire again any time.

We called Black Diamond today to have our furnace fixed. It was short cycling and our home was only heating to about 60 degrees in mid winter.  We originally called Black Diamond because a friend of ours, Chris Sullivan works there and we trust him, therefore we trust his company. Black Diamond sent Rob Malone out to our home. He fixed the problem (pressure sensor) within ten minutes and then proceeded to check all other components of our furnace to make sure we wouldn't need to be calling them next week for another problem. He cleaned the tubes, the flame sensor, checked all the intake and exhaust pipes and stuck around to make sure our home heated up to at least 66 before he left. He was friendly, informative and funny. Great companies are made by great employees and Rob and Chris are two of these great employees.

From start to finish, very professional and honest.  The bid from Chris told me exactly what would be done and why.  No hidden costs or questions in my mind.  The installation by Justin was timely,  professional, and complete.  He answered all my questions and completed the install in a very professional manner.  He is one of the most conscientious workers I have ever done business with!  Then Chris came back to inspect the job, and help me fill out rebate paperwork.   I would highly recommend this company and its employees anytime.

The experts from Black Diamond have done several projects at my house over the last few years. Travis has installed can lighting, moved outlets, and installed a home theater system. I have been very pleased with the quality of his work and how easy he is to work with. Justin just installed a new HVAC system for me, and I was very pleased with all aspects of the project. When my furnace died in the middle of a cold winter night, Black Diamond had my house warm the very next day. I will call them again.
