2x I went to get membership info. Doors locked. Two individuals inside just looked at me on my second attempt to get info . No wonder this place has terrible reviews. You'd think a sign on door would explain how to get info OR pay someone to be staffed. Good luck!

I love this gym. I was looking to join a gym an I submitted a request on line. Within thirty minutes the manager was already writing me telling me to come in an talk to him. He showed me around I signed up an the rest is history. They are so professional. The managers introduced me to the owner we talked for about 40 minutes while on the elliptical I didn't even know he owned it. It's always clean an a plus that o can come whenever I want too. I love it. It's always clean an they have the best attitudes 24/7 even when I don't. Give them a try. You want be dissaponted. It's never overcrowded either which is a plus.

This gym isn't really great for anything other than if your workout plan only involves straight cardio. There are a bunch of little things that don't make sense with this gym (besides the planet fitness-esque motivational quotes). The most obvious is that it looks like whoever ordered the equipment went to eBay or Amazon and ordered the cheapest available and if you're lifting serious weight you are in trouble. Case in point, the single power rack is so bad that when I leaned forward to rack my 315 while squatting the back half of the rack came up. Also, why is the power rack not in front of a mirror? It's literally the only piece of equipment that NEEDS to be in front of a mirror so one can monitor form.

I am a long time member. I enjoy most of the Anytime Fitness locations. I was very sceptical seeing a gym tucked in the corner of a strip mall next to a walmart. Based on the other locations I wanted to give them a chance. Poor decision. After meeting the owners of the place, after the bad cleaning job they pay other people to do for them, after poor equipment, I still really wanted to like this place I just can not. You would think they would try to join the rest of the greatness of Hendersonville. You have thought wrong. Unable to keep a steady staff, I can see why. If you're a lifter go to Gold's gym across the street [a real gym not a strip mall work- out- facility], or if you're just starting your fitness journey try Planet Fitness, another better choice [without contracts ] only a mile or so away! I hope this helps save the time from this experience of this failing branch :)

This place is TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!! I've never written a review on anything before but I had to warn everyone to stay away from this place!! NATHAN (owner) will totally steal your money like he did me!! NATHAN is nothing but a shady liar!! And he talks bad about his members behind their back making fun of them he's pathetic!! I had a trainer (NATHAN fired him the day I quit and come to find out I was his ONLY client obviously for a reason) and didn't lose any weight in 8 months then I switched to 9round and lost 20 pounds in 2 1/2 months!! Which I highly recommend 9round!! The $300 NATHAN took more like stole out of my bank account was supposedly to pay the trainer ( I hadn't used in 3 months) come to find out that trainer didn't get 1 penny NATHAN pocketed all of it!!!! NATHAN is nothing but a crook and a joke!!!!
