I love, love, love Burn Boot Camp! Cameron, the head trainer, is energetic and does a great job motivating everyone. His personal touch, especially with the nutritional guidance, gives the motivation I have been lacking. This is by far the best workout I have had in years. Every movement is very doable for all experience levels, it's just a matter of how hard you can push yourself. I would compare it to P90X workouts, which are great for women! I usually get sore joints from working out this hard, but the floating floor has kept me pain free. I leave the gym exhausted yet excited to come back tomorrow! I highly recommend this gym!
