I started with this gym 4 years ago and I can't imagine being anywhere else. The best staff and members you could ask for, well worth the money! The owner and coaches are very motivated, friendly and knowledgeable. I like the atmosphere created by the coaches and motivated members. The facilities are clean, large and well stocked with equipment! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Great coaching and staff! Friendly environment. Awesome programming. HUGE clean facility. Have made some really great friends here since moving to Nashville a few years ago. Great environment to work out in. Can't recommend this gym highly enough..

Great gym and even better people. The facilities are more than adequate and the support you get from the coaches and your fellow athletes is unrivaled. I definitely recommend checking it out!

Got the chance to drop in during a trip to Nashville and was amazed by the crew! Huge areas for training and excellent clean facilities. The workout was on a Saturday and was great to do team excercises with people I just met! Coaches are very detailed and approachable. If I lived there, would definitely be a member!

You will not find a better facility than shackle island. The people are awesome they treat you great! And the equipment is top notch as well! If you are looking for a place to drop in or call a new gym home then this is the place to be!
