I love this gym. The trainers here take the time to get to know their clients. Then they work with you.  There was a couple of week awhile back that I missed and I received a phone call asking why I hadn't been in. That doesn't happen very many places. I love the small group training sessions and the new team training sessions as well.

Best gym in Bedford. Clean facility, variety of equipment, and the best staff around. Variety of personal training opportunities are great too!

Very nice gym with reasonable price .staff is very helpful I had a good costumer service experience with general manager Antonia .very nice person I will suggest whoever is looking to join gym please visit Bedford hills anytime fitness .thanks

Great place with many types of training equipment.  Room temperature is on the slightly cool side and taking a shower after a workout is hit or miss depending on water temperature.

They are great trainers it's a nice facility. Good tanning bed.  I just feel like I agreed to 36 dollars a month when I signed up and was hammered with extra trainer fees later and I felt pressured into signing up.  The sessions are great but I hate having to schedule ahead of time. It would be better for me if you could just show up when they start every hour since there are plenty of trainers on site
