IFC has been my gym for quite some time now and I love it there. The equipment is great and up to date. There's plenty of cardio machines, with a pretty extensive variety. The staff are super cool and friendly and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and nice. People are friendly and respectful of your space and time. The gym has a wide variety of clients and everyone seems to get along great.

Excellent place to work out.  I've been going here for over a year and can say with confidence that this is a gym-enthusiast's gym.  It's not big, but it has everything one could want for a great workout.

Been to all the local gyms. This one is a great mix of people. Weight lifters and weight lose both. Very clean great staff. Upgraded equipment all the time.
