Awesome gym with super supportive coaches! I am constantly impressed with the variety and fun that they put into each workout. I am particularly pleased with the time and effort they spend teaching and monitoring mechanics- on several occasions they have made adjustments to my basic form that made a huge difference in my workout. I definitely recommend to all who are looking for a great experience

If you want to achieve weight loss, build muscle, lose visceral fat, have more stamina, and overall look and feel like your best self you NEED to join this gym! Jase and Dree are helpful and knowledgeable in assisting you with your health and fitness goals. I've lost almost 20 lbs of fat, gained muscle and I'm in the best shape of my life because of this gym!

Great environment and supportive staff. The head coach is well aged and experienced in not only high intensity cross functional movements but weightlifting. Also, there is a wonderful set of groups that cater to people of specific needs.

The worst ever. Mr. Jase is only money minded. You will learn nothing. If you get injured he will blame it on you and take no responsibility. He will be browsing Facebook instead of making sure your posture is right.
