Anytime fitness on Holland is an extremely professional and clean gym. The staff is amazing and very eager to help you if you have any problems or need assistance. The trainer Matt is a very great asset to the gyms staff. He has listened to what I wanted to do and has designed and implemented the program that works for my wants. I extremely enjoy this gym and I would recommend this gym to anyone who is wanting a clean, open, and professional gym that's about helping you achieve your goals.

My time with Anytime Fitness at Holland Rd has been one of the best ongoing gym experiences in the Virginia Beach area. I've been to many other gyms in the immediate area to include Planet Fitness and One Life, the two largest local competitors. Anytime Fitness at Holland Rd has the best staff, the best community and is one of the friendliest, yet inspirational, locations I've been to. I constantly recommend this location, and Anytime Fitness in general, to most of my friends. I've never had a single bad experience here and any situation that may have needed attention was quickly, and professionally, resolved by Rowena and Eric. Rowena is a pleasure to see day in and day out and makes you feel welcome and part of the Anytime Fitness Family. Eric listens to the input and suggestions from the members and consistently addresses any concerns or issues.

I recently joined this gym and I'm very happy I chose this one. The staff is super friendly and make you feel really comfortable. My trainer Matt is really good. I told him the areas I wanted to work on and he has been nailing it. The classes they provide are really good. Eric the owner is extremely nice. I highly recommend this gym to anyone at any fitness level. Keep up the good work guys!

I've been a member at many of the area Anytime fitness locations. The Holland Rd. Location is by far the biggest, friendliest, cleanest, no nonsense gym around the Hampton Roads area. The staff is fantastic and they go out of their way to ensure your needs are met with enthusiasm. Rowena is a delight and will make sure you have everything you need...with a smile. The owner, Eric, is one of the best guys around. Down to earth, hard working, and runs a tight ship. Bottom line, if you are looking for a great gym without all the garbage the other gyms cram down your throat....look no further than here. I give it five solid dumbells. If anyone says anything different, well, they're just flat out lying.
