Inlet Fitness is a great place to workout. The staff is very friendly and engaging. The facility is very well maintained-- very clean and always being updated and improved. I especially love the group classes and have met some wonderful people through these classes. It makes it more fun!

It's a great honor to provide a review and testimonial of one the best if not the best gym that I've had the opportunity to train in. I've been working out since I was 2 years old when my parents started me in the YMCA. I can say without hesitation Inlet Fitness gym either North or South has an excellent culture, great programs and clean good equipment. I highly recommend Inlet Fitness to anybody who is a beginner or advanced fitness person.

This gym is the best in Virginia Beach. So many class choices for all levels and schedules. They know their members personally and treat us like family. For example, there is a large group of us that can only make 5:30 a.m. classes during the week due to work schedules. After a recent member survey, they added two more really challenging 5:30 a.m. classes to accommodate us. How awesome is that? Only your family would do that for you. Look no further, friends. This is your gym.

Effective, responsive staff ... Always polite.... Constant stream of new work out Ideas. Great views out the windows ....Great collections of members that are friendly and smiling. Owners work every day at the facility and will always stop to listen to suggestions.... Get a Great joke from Phil every day ...... you feel more like the member of a close family ..... Cannot say enough

I've been a member (and former fitness instructor) since the days the doors opened. Inlet Fitness is a great, multi-purpose gym with great staff and management. The variety of equipment, classes and training options is up to date. Great instructors and trainers and conveniently located.
