I have been a member now for three weeks and have found this a truly scintillating gym. Not only is there a large amount of equipment but it is also never crowded. It is conveniently open 24/7 and is result driven. One notable feature is the option for a heart rate monitor to see exercise intensity. I found this particularly great as a beginner, to precisely vary my intensity and reap the fitness benefits! Lastly, the gyms cleanliness and kind members add to its amicable environment. What I appreciate most is the great trainers they have on staff. Chad and Jackie are genuinely encouraging and passionate about their careers. They tailor workouts that are crafted to challenge you and propel you to new fitness levels. Even after three weeks, I am able to do things I did not perceive possible. I am as motivated as I was on day one. They track your progress and design a holistic program for a lifelong plan of health. All things considered, you should make Anytime Fitness your new gym!

Very small, only 1 bathroom and shower. More machine work outs than I was looking for. No whirlpools or saunas. But open once your trial is up 24 hours. Yoga classes. Not for me. Trying the YMCA.

Pretty good AF. this location seems a little older that the one in Goose Creek and isn’t squat or bench friendly. Too many cardio machines and not enough exercise machines or weightlifting machines. It’s is a nice location just definitely has some age on it. No cardio room for those that enjoy that but the TVs will show you your heart rate and energy expenditure which is kinda creepy and cool at the same time. One more thing. This location does have nicer showers that GC.

Not worth your time. Very minimal equipment, only 1 of each bathroom (one stall), very small gym. Very expensive. Very pushy to get you a membership. Went to use a free trial, said try free for a week but in fact they only give you 2 days. Immediately started trying to sell me a membership even though i stated many times that i wanted to try it out first. The special key fob is $35 and membership is $35/month, so thats $70 right off the top. Gave me a tour, lol (you can just stand at the front door and see the whole gym). Then started telling me how i should be eating, without prior knowledge of my actual eating habits. Very awkward experience.
