Great Gym.  I probably should go more, but all and all I am happy.  Great selection of equipment, and classes.  Towel service would be nice, I would even pay extra!

All I want is a gym to lift at. No classes or juice bar or anything. The classic Gold's section here isnt bad, but they came and told me about twenty minutes after I signed up that I can't have my gym bag. This means I have to have my clipboard, belt, phone, wallet, slingshot, water, straps, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves scattered out on the ground on me. That doesn't seem any better than having bags. Everyone has been super nice, but that one rule is a big deal for me.

Edit: a point was gained back for letting me use a mesh bag, but lost again for the awful wifi. It's only fast enough to stream Pandora about half the time.

I love james island golds Gym i have been going for a year now. But today the manager of the place was Extremely rude and harassed me because i was briefly on the phone not being loud or anything. She followed me and and would not leave my side until i went to the lobby. I felt embarrassed and singled out. I will end my contract with them tomorrow she was just too much my feelings were quite hurt.

Great gym, been working out here for years. The hours are kinda funky on the weekends though. I understand it's probably based that no one goes during those times, but still, I don't think much profit would be lost being open until 11 every day. Otherwise I never have issues with anything
