I really enjoy the environment, the staff is friendly, helpful and motivating. The best aspect of my club experience is my Personal Trainer Adam. I have been working with Adam over a year now and have made excellent progress. I have lost a significant amount of weight,  feel stronger and am more motivated to continue my efforts to be healthy. Adam is a huge part of my success, he is knowledgeable, fun to work with, encouraging and challenging. A workout with Adam is NEVER boring. He is a great asset to the O2 Fitness team.

The worst gym membership in Charleston. Do not sign a contract because they will hold that on you to your grave. The bathrooms absolutely DISGUSTING. Their gym staff is responsible for cleaning the bathroom instead of hiring dedicated housekeepers/janitors. The equipment is mostly old and crappy. They will sell you on how many locations they have. Guess what? You will only go to one thats close to home or work. Golds Gym absolutely destroys them. Too bad there aren’t more Golds around.

Good simple club with good selection of machines and clean locker rooms. We took advantage of the kids club and my kids had a great time.  Makes such a difference for parents to get some quality health time if kids are happy.

After tolerating broken equipment and smelly locker rooms I finally cancelled my membership after years of going to this gym.  Despite the fact that I had originally signed a 12-month contract with East Shore Athletic Club years ago they still tried holding me to O2 Fitness current cancellation policies.  They ended up charging Me for 2 and 1/2 months plus $78 after finally canceling my membership.  I have no idea what that's for. Please be wary. Breaking up with this company is like leaving a psychotic girlfriend / boyfriend.  It takes a while and will get you hot behind the ears.

The best O2 in charleston! The locker rooms are beautiful and dont get me started on all the brsnd new equipment.  Thus gym is simply the best
