I have worked out at this fitness center since April. The personal training is outstanding (many thanks Nick and Justin!). The team training sessions are great fun, and there are a number of choices depending on your level of fitness from beginner to advanced. This gym fosters a very strong sense of community, and I've made a number of amazing friends in the process. It doesn't matter what age or level of fitness you're current at. You will receive expert guidance, positive support from BOTH the staff AND the members, and a sensible, realistic plan to help you reach your fitness goals. It doesn't matter where you're at, or even if you're just starting. You will literally have an army of supportive people to help you reach your goals. This is WAY MORE than other fitness centers.

Love working out at this gym. Great people and a great experience. I don’t get to make it in as much as I would like to because of my crazy schedule but when I do I always enjoy it. I love the team training sessions: pushing myself and bonding with others. The trainers have been a big help, especially Ed. He is always teaching me something new and pushing me to achieve my best. He provides positive encouragement.

This gym is a cut above the rest. The atmosphere is what makes this place so great. The team that works here puts their members first with the goal of health in mind. I am blessed to know these wonderful people, both the staff and the members. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a gym before. Thanks again Derrick for getting me started!! 😁😁😁👊💪💪👌

I recently joined AT Harrison team fitness and love it! I've been looking for a friend to workout with me and haven't found one until I came to AT fitness in Harrison!😁 The trainers, coaches & managers are always there to give you great positive support, encouragement, instructions, advice and lastly to hold you accountable! 😂😂🤣 Okay AF I'll be there because I want to lose weight and get healthy!
