I had a fantastic experience the past two days at the Milford facility. The two guys at the front desk for both nights were Connor M and Josh S, and both of these guys really stand out to me. I've noticed over the past 2 years that a lot of the younger workers don't always practice good customer service but these guys shined. Let me start with Connor M. Greeted me with a smile when I walked in and I even chatted with him for moment since he was the only one working at the front desk. He was close to getting off, but didn't slack on his expectations of taking care of customers. Here's the one thing that really impressed me about him. He walked around to all the cardio machines with a feather duster and was cleaning them. I'm talking in depth cleaning. He was looking for dust for a solid half hour on all the machines.

 Now lets talk about Josh S. Josh in my honest opinion has a fantastic work ethic and a great personality. He was always welcoming to all the customers and answered any questions they asked. The best part was he gave honest answers and didn't half ass anything. Here's where things get better about Josh. He went and filled in for someone who didn't show up, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. There was not even an incentive for him to come in, he just did it on his own because no one else would. Now a days people would want some form of compensation but Josh didn't ask. Josh shows true selfless service to this facility and company. I know when he's on the job things will be taken care of for the best interest of the customer. Josh is the type of person that exhibits layers at work. He takes care of the customers, has a great personality, takes good care of the equipment, and the best part is he shows dedication and motivation for what he does. This type of a job may not pay the best but Josh does his job to the best of his ability, EVERY SINGLE DAY. 

To bring things around full circle, both Josh S and Connor M practice and exceed the standards for what Planet Fitness expects from every employee. Both of these guys are going to go far based upon the choices and work ethic I've seen first hand. Planet Fitness needs more employees with the dedication these two have, and that's something that can be taught and these two would be great at it. To anyone who visits this facility and sees these two there, you will be taken care of. Trust me.

I been a not often enough black card member who's goal for the new year is to be a more frequent irritation to the fantastic young associates who go way beyond the call of duty in making me feel so welcome.  Inis was the guy who inspired me to finally take the time to put my appreciation of their efforts into words.  Jerry was my first contact with PF in Milford.  I signed-up the next day at the Black Card level for myself and my best friend Teresa Patsfall.  Jerry and his willingness to be of service merits the highest of commendations because of this MOST IMPORTANT quality. He has remembered and uses My Name!  HE USES MY NAME!  Shyla also to be highly commended greets me with a smile and a contagious willingness for laughter.  The entire team at Milford makes each an every trip to the gym a fun and welcoming experience.   Thanks to each an every PF associate for making me feel like I'm a FRIEND not just a customer.

Great place to go work off some stress and get in shape every one is really nice and pleasant...the facility is very clean and the machines are in good shape...never really a wait but maybe a small one for certain machines...my favorite gym to go to

They have all kinds of signs advertising a "judgment free zone" except for the one sign that judges against body builders and people that actually take working out serious. This will be a great place to join if your the type of person that enjoys having a keychain tag for a gym so you can tell people you "workout".
