I was going to Retro for about 6 years... switched over to anytime in point and it's been amazing! All the people who work there and all the others using the gym are super nice and polite. It rarely gets crowded and when it does it's nothing like a rush at a bigger gym. The place has two full dumbbell racks, two full squat racks, standard machines/cables and a small room for abs/yoga/pilates exercises. All that and it never closes so you don't have to worry about early closings. If you're looking for a small quiet gym to get a good workout.. highly recommend this one.

I've been going to this gym since 2014 and I absolutely love it! Not only is the staff phenomenal, but it's clean, easily accessible, and I love the 24/7 access. The use of the key fobs instead of having to check in with restricted hours really works with my lifestyle. Also, Janice is great - helping you with any questions that you have, offering encouragement, and sending email reminders when you're due to renew. I've also started using a personal trainer who works with the gym, John, and he is phenomenal as well. Great pricing, great people, great gym!!

Yoga here on Monday evenings at five o'clock is just simply amazing. The woman, Susan, has a calm relaxing voice that steadily lulls you through the poses and stretches into a meditative state. The gym is open twenty-four hours seven days a week so it's convenient for whatever your work and/or life schedule happens to be.

Best gym in town. Family owned and facility is very clean. Open 24 hours is big you have no excuse not to go. 2 bathrooms. Lots of weight,4 treadmills,climbing ladder, row machines, a room for yoga and seperate workouts. Vending machines with protien bars and drinks. Tanning bed. Punching bags. Mats, exercise balls, jump ropes, tvs to watch as you work out. Clean wipes all over for eveyone to wipe down their machines when done. family friendly.

Best gym around. Great owners who are friendly and really care about the place! Always clean, equipment is in great shape. Highly recommend it and I've belonged to many gyms in my life and this one is clearly top of the line.
