Very clean. Always have plenty of sanitizing wipes around the gym. Pleasant employees.

Earlier this year, I joined during a 90 days for 90 dollars promotion. Approximately a month and a half into my membership, I approached Lisa to let her know that I needed to cancel my membership because I was moving out of the area. Lisa advised that it was too soon to cancel and that I needed to wait until it was within one month of the 90 day time period. This was not true. It resulted in having to pay an extra $70 in fees. For five months we have been going back and forth with her about refunding the money. Lisa admitted to me that it was her mistake and that she would refund the money herself. We never received a check after multiple follow up calls. It is unfortunate that such a nice facility has such unprofessional employees that lack a basic understanding of the contracts they offer and show such little concern for members. The handling of this situation was completely unacceptable.

Love this place. Have been going there for years. It's a little expensive but it's worth it. And Lisa is not rude. She's very friendly and accommodating when there's issues with accounts. She's always done everything she can to make sure everything goes smoothly for me. So screw all you people leaving her bad reviews 😊

Always seems crowded no matter the time/amount of people there. Well maintained and very cleanly. Just seems to be a hassle to workout at times
