Did a trial mebership while visiting family in the area. Owner was super nice and loved the facilities. If I lived closer I would definitely join! Especially love the "group" fitness room where you can select a class video on demand and follow along with a video of the class. So great!

It's a clean place with a good variety of equipment ranging from flipping tires and free weights to machines and a cardio room. The staff are professional and knowledgeable.

When I lived in Fredericksburg/Va, this place was great. However, I've not lived in the area for over two years and they continue to bill me. I've sent emails, spoke to someone at the location, contacted corporate and yet the charges continue. I'm now left having to file a complaint with my bank and better business bureau - very frustrating, I've lost tons of cash for a service I've not used since 2015. Crazy. Buyer beware. It's a great gym up until you try to cancel your membership. Over two years later I'm now in SC and still fighting membership charges.

Great equipment. (Lifefitness and hammer strength machines) except no smith machine which is great when no partner to workout with or those lacking flexibility for a proper squat. Lounge area..great idea. Tires to flip👍

Go any time, do whatever workout: free weights, resistance and cardio machines, any guided session you could normally think of, and tires out back! Friendly and fair staff/ ownership.
