I tried this box with my sister and brother in law who were visiting from out of town. I loved it!! The owner was awesome and made it fun! I'd still be going but the commute was just a little but too far to be able to make it work sadly.

Made a few calls and decided to try this one out because of the reviews. Went the first few days for free just to try it out with no obligation. Steven was the coach the first day, and being around him it's hard not to bring another level of energy. Ian (the owner) was able to work around my work to help me with the ramp up I needed so that o knew where to get better on my form. Great gym great people and everyone wants you to do better as much as they want themselves. If you can't do the workout they'll scale it to something else and you're still going to feel it.

Great place to work out! The trainers are knowledgeable and the fellow crossfitters friendly and motivating.

Stopped in here while visiting the area and had a great experience! The coach and other members were welcoming and it was a great environment!
