I think the owner, an older woman, was appallingly rude. My fiance and i were trying gyms in the area to see what worked best with both our schedules and work. I was clear we wanted the 7day trial because it may or may not work for us. After she took our money for the fobs, she said " are you here JUST for the free week?" after i explained our purpose. I advised that what she said was somewhat rude. We asked for our money back since she was basically pushing us out the door. SO rude. I'd rather take my money to planet fitness or really any other gym in the area. I could not recommend this place given the lack of professionalism, courtesy and civility. If you go here, avoid the owner.

My wife has a membership in Lisbon, she hardly goes anymore. Due to Lisbon's gym going downhill. So I decided to use her key at this location. At 10:30pm a man comes up to me and ask me if I have a membership, I tell him the truth. That the membership is under my wife's name. He begins to put me down and call me a "moocher" saying that this gym isn't a "two for one special". Also told me to tell my wife that the key is no longer accepted at this gym. The gym is fantastic. But the owner is disrespectful and unprofessional.

I want a gym that I visit at 2am if I please, or on Christmas day! This is the gym!!

I loved this gym.  The staff and owner were always so helpful.  It's been rough finding a gym I love as much since.  When I did have to move, I was let out of my contract without fees or fuss.  The equipment was always spotless and free weights were encouraged.
