Great staff, and very clean for a gym. Parking isn't always great though and equipment can be limited during busy hours

Great place. Clean, friendly, and accessible 24/7, 365 days a year. Never had to wait in line to use a machine, and the selection available is pretty nice. The price is also much better than by any other gym I've seen in town. Recommended.

This gym is definitely not as good as others have described it. Perhaps it was that way when it first opened. The bathrooms are filthy, the whole place just seem run down. I've had a great experience with the chain in another city, but this location definitely needs a lot of TLC.

Recently they have redone the floor, making it more accessible for warm ups. You can concentrate on cardio as well as stretching in a segregated room away from weights. It's definitely an improvement. Ive been a member for over 2 years. Its not a spa...its a gym and has what you need.
