Having to go through a broker is not the cheapest option, but if you're going to live in this area, it's almost inevitable! That said, I had a great experience with Apartment Rental Experts! Paola and Paula were professional and very helpful. I was really impressed by the speed with which Paola always got back to me about any issues or questions. Would definitely recommend this company if you find yourself having to go through a broker.

Amanda Gruber at Apartment Rental Experts has found me 3 homes now. These guys are great. Incredibly friendly and thoughtful in how the work with you. We worked with Patrick and he was super helpful.  He helped us get our dream apartment within 24 hours.  We signed the application that day and were approved three days later.  He made everything really easy and was very accommodating.

Great experience from starting the process of looking for a house to signing the lease and paying the deposits. They were very professional and friendly, and everything went of smoothly. Definitely would recommend.

We ended up signing a lease with Apartment Rental Experts. I think that part of the reason we signed was because our realtor here, Brandon Spellman,  was so pleasant to work with! He made himself available via email, phone, and text message. We were only in town for 1.5 days to look for an apartment and he made sure to do everything he could for us in that short amount of time.
