They withheld information from us for reasons that we do not know. My only guess would be they could sell the property to someone they know so they could get a further cut out of the deal. They didn't act on the best interest of their seller but their own self interest!  Horrible office and unethical people!!

Do not go to them if you are looking for a property.They ask you to make a bid,they take your offer and shop around for a better one.They come back to you asking you if you want to increase your offer. They suck honestly. This is not only unprofessional but unethical.

I signed up with Coldwell to sell 4 condo's in a building in a building on Richdale Ave. in Cambridge. The owner (not myself) became very ill and was financially in peril and so decided to change course and sell the entire building with another realtor. Jean with Coldwell support refused to release the listing, even though legally she had no standing. Her behavior constitutes unethical, sleazy manipulation of a difficult situation and I would never recommend either Jean Levaux or Coldwell to anyone!
