Great Real Estate agency!

It is unfortunate that I have to post a negative review, but I want to warn people about this agency.  We contact Channing Real Estate to schedule a time to look at one of their property listings.  The listing agent was not available, so they passed me onto Carl Kelly.  From the start, the guy is extremely pushy and keeps asking to represent me even though I told him I have an agent.  His agency is already representing the seller, but greed knows no bounds.  Carl tells me he has scheduled a showing time, but he is a no show when we go to see the property.  I left him a voicemail and the guy never returns my call.

Carl has all the integrity of a used car salesman, and I am sure his reputation will take him far in Real Estate.  Boy, with service like that why wouldn't I want him to represent me?

I am honored to write a review about Channing Real Estate!!  From start to finish they were so helpful and led to the purchase of our first home.  Laura Klencheski was incredibly knowledgeable and never pushy.  She listened to what we were looking for and only showed us places that fit into our needs and budget.  I am forever grateful to Channing Real Estate and Laura Klencheski. for helping my husband and me through what can be one of the most stressful times.  We are now loving and settled into our new home and could not be happier.  I am 100% confident that when a new sale or purchase is in our future we will work with Channing Real Estate and Laura Klencheski.
