Diamond in admissions was so polite. She went above and beyond to help my father. Pam helped me start the PA application. I had a few complaints about the strong urine smell. I also had a few complaints with nursing and actually wanted to transfer my dad to another facility. The only reason why I let him stay was because of Diamond and his CNA Deon. These two people are a blessing and really cared.

Very friendly department heads every one is so warm and welcoming!

Would not recomend. Some of staff was ok. Smelled bad most of time and food wasn't very healthy or appealing. Finally gave up and had husband discharged.
