Incredible dentist from maine ,  his dental assistant  is very efficient. They both  were so down to earth.  I'm not going to use buzz words or try and sell you here.  These people are truly into care of the patient . I'm really lucky that they let me be there patient .

This company is first and foremost in business to make money. The best dental practice is not the one who advertises the most. They gave me a care plan printed with price prior to my appointment. They sent the office manager in to speak with me after I was numb, to increase the price! There was no additional work needed, this was just ludicrous! Also I paid for their dental plan, which lasted 1 year. My son had an appointment near the expiration which they called and cancelled the day before. They refused to extend the plan and would only offer an appointment at a time that did not work for us. So we paid for a dental plan that we could not even use. This is why I will NEVER use this practice or recommend it. Very poor care and customer service.

I actually really love this place. The peeps and dentist are incredibly kind and genuinely care about you. It's clean and sanitary. They all really seem to love their jobs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have usually had to wait 15-30 min past my apt time in the lobby before they take me back.

Love this place!!  The staff is super friendly and Dr. Kwant really cares about his patients.  They make sure you are comfortable and put your needs first.  Best dentist I've ever been to!  My kids love it here too.  We have a good experience every time.  We love it so much that we use Apex orthodontics in Sandy.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!  They are just operating a business not an actual dental office! They try to charge you for every little thing and trick you into thinking something will be covered under a procedure when it actually isn't. When you question their billing department (Lindsay) about it she makes you feel like it's the patients fault for not knowing! We have never experienced this with any of our other dentists and will NEVER go back or NEVER recommend them to anyone we know! Go to a dentist you can trust... not APEX who is just out to take every penny they can get from you!!
