Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism with this business. My air conditioning broke during the weekend,. my family and I have been unable to sleep because our house has been so hot due to the high temps the last few days. I waited until the Monday morning when the business opened to call and was able to get a an appointment the following afternoon. I then took the day off of work for that day so I could be there when they arrived. At the day and time of my appointment no one showed up. I figured they were running late so I called to find out when a service person would be out. I spoke to Ms. Chavez who told me that she didn't see me down for an appointment, but would call me back. Never got a call back so I contacted her and she said that they found my record that i had called, but no one had made a dispatch for my house and she wasn't sure she would be able to find anyone to come out for the day, but she would try. I calmly explained to her that i had taken the day off of work and i wanted to know why no one had been dispatched. In a very rude tone, she said," well that what I don't know". I asked her when she would contact me to tell me if she found anyone. In a very uncertain voice she said hopefully an hour.
 I was not given an apology, or even promised an appointment for that day, even though it was their mistake and in fact was treated very rudely by Ms.Chavez when trying to find out why no one showed up. I knew she wouldn't call me back because she failed to do so the last time she said she would, so I decided to call a manager and try to get an appointment. The manager was able to schedule an appointment for the evening on the phone, but I was still never given an apology for my missed appointment. In my opinion they were extremely unprofessional for the rudeness  encountered, waste of  a days pay ,  and my time wasted waiting all day in a hot house for someone to show up.

I would lie to give your service tech Eric VanAlstine who came to our home and fixed our heating system as the back up heating system was not coming on during a serious cold spell.  He found what was wrong and prompting fixed it.  But, the best part about Eric is his ability to explain how the system works.  He is knowledeable, patient and takes the time to answer questions.  A fine example in this day and age.  He would certainly make a great customer service trainor.  I hope you are paying him what he is worth! Thanks so much Eric!

I have a new home and had some issues I needed help with.  Daniel was the person who answered the service call.   One issue was my kitchen exhaust vent which was blowing some insulation and not drawing very well.  He quickly assessed the problem, sealed up the air leak and  cleaned up the insulation.  The second issue was just a programming issue with my home thermostat but he resolved  it and took the time to help me understand my system.  He was on time, friendly, energetic, knowledgable, professional, clean, quick to problem-solve, and generally just a joy to have in my home.  I would highly recommend this company--especially if Daniel is your tech.
