Honestly, the experience was pretty awful.
My fiance and I went there to discuss flowers for our wedding event after hearing some good reviews from people. And from the first second we got there, we regretted it. The place appears very run down and not at all like a place I would like to do business with. It is cluttered and does not give the impression of a professional environment! We set up an appt and were rudely greeted (if you could call it that) by an older lady who merely walked us to a rickety table and gave us wedding books to look at, saying she'd "be right back". First, these books were from the 70s, were incredibly outdated, and pretty dirty. Second, it took forever for her to actually come back. When I showed her the picture I wanted (on my phone) and told her of the flowers I wanted in my bouquet, she basically argued with me. I had to insist that I knew what was in season (after meeting with several florists before, and confirming that I was not choosing specialty flowers) and that could AT LEAST try to get these flowers. I also mentioned that I'd like my roses more open, but this, too, was an argument and I was basically told that it was impossible (and its not!). This lady got up from the table in the middle of our conversation (literally, I was in the middle of sentences) multiple times to assist others and gave no apology or reason why. Because of this, I was made to feel as though my time was invaluable and that my business was not important. The ONLY reason I gave two stars is because the quote came back lower than I was expecting (and lower than others I had spoken with)--but I would never work with them because I do not feel I could rely on them to make my vision come true. Maybe this business is best served for those ordering trees or sod for their gardens, and not for those looking for wedding arrangements.

Can I give them a zero star!!!!   They used old run down equipment to deliver my sod. The skidster squirted oil everywhere!   All up and down my private lane and all over my freshly re-finished ($2000) colored decorative concrete.  They deny doing it although I have witnesses. I also did not personally sign for the delivery and would not have had them put it on my colored concrete which they did without my permission.   I contacted them and the owner is a woman who behaved in a defiant manner with total disregard. She claimed I was blaming it on them etc etc. as if I was just trying to get them to pay for damaged concrete that was not their fault!   I can't say enough about how horrible my dealings with this company and the people in it. From the owner to the lady who answers the phone to the delivery man. Horrible business relations and customer service all the way around.

I have had many dealings with this company everything from bushes for my business, flowers and trees for my yard as well as multiple flowers for gifts and several funerals. Every time I need flowers for anything this is the place that I go every arrangement is amazing the flowers that we ordered most recently were for a funeral the easel piece was so full it had so many purple, white and red roses we also had a very large heart with all different kinds of purple, pink and white flowers and the casket piece I can't even describe how pleased I was there were so many white and red roses along with some of the most beautiful open white lillys I will continue to frequent here for any of my floral needs the job is always amazing and I always receive more than my money's worth

I love how simple and self explanatory this garden is and peaceful the walk through the garden is. I have been coming here for 4 yrs and the pricing is cheap enough for me to come week after week.

I've bought flowers from them multiple times. I don't know how they do it but they last longer than any other stores flowers! They really have the flower magic at Aposhian Gardens.
