Very nice and helpful staff! I bought a big area rug that was buried in the back of all the others... (of course! It can never be the one in the front, Lol) It was Carlos who helped me get it on my cart and then put it in my van. He was very eager to please and had a very sweet demeanor about him. Thanks Carlos! And thank you to the rest of the staff! You are always so pleasant when I come in.

I was frantically looking for a shirt my mother wanted for a Christmas. I had been to 2 Sams locations w/ no luck. I arrived at the W Jordan Sams when I was lucky enough to run into 
Ivonne Angelica and Gabby who search w/ me. Again no luck. Gabby going the extra mile looked up when the next shipment would arrive. Going the 2nd extra mile Gabby called me when they arrived. Super impressed with the friendly ‘go out of their’ way gals. Sams Club please acknowledge these ladies, it’s employees like this that makes me want to renew my membership!!!! Thanks GABBY

I do have to say goodbye to the wonderful associate that works in the tobacco department that I would pass by after getting diapers. I will miss her. She is a great employee and such a kind person. She is the model of what an associate at walmart should be. Its too bad Google doesn't let you leave 0 Stars. I went into the store this morning at 10:30 to quickly grab some toilet paper. Of course I stopped and got my favorite hot chocolate, cheese and croissants along the way to the back of the store. After waiting in line behind three women that were together and took forever 😂 I let my toddler hand the cashier my membership card to distract her after the long wait. The cashier greeted me with the usual pitch to upgrade my membership to Plus. I declined and put my card back in my wallet then put my wallet in my jacket pocket. The cashier told me (she blamed my baby) that somehow on the card reader my upgrade was approved so then a manager comes over with another associate (that starts asking me are you sure you don't want to upgrade and starts another upgrade pitch) to help her fix that problem and she asked me for my card again and now I can't find my wallet. After a mini panic I find it by my feet and notice the older gentlemen waiting in line behind me getting ancy for his turn and what happens next is for the first time in my life I loose control over what I want to say and what comes out of my mouth and I tell the rude associate pitching me to do me a favor and stfu. The same associate that has been rude and pushy to me before at the self service which is why I stopped using it. I proceeded to tell her to go back down to her area to which she replies that I am abusive to which I remind her that her attitude and constant sales pitching is abusive to customers. By now the older gentlemen and his wife are not only laughing but his wife who came over to him during the commotion has told me that yes that particular associate is very rude and pushy & I was like ikr?  The manager that was helping my cashier ends up having to remind the irritating unhelpful employee that she can't talk to customers like that & literally has to drag her away from the situation. Needless to say that I never want to shop again at a place that is so against my nature that I end up asking for a refund of the membership I just renewed in August & leave never to step foot in WALMART OR F****** SAMS CLUB again. Bye pushy cashier with absolutely NO CLASS, I'm out & u cost the company a customer, great job.

You have changed products like Johnsonville Brats the ones you used to have did not have MSG the ones you have now has MSG. You do not carry regular Clorox. You only have chloral Max type Clorox. If I want polish in countertop products then the cloromax woodwork but not for laundry. The Clorox website says Sam's Club should have regular Clorox but you do not. And your fish products does not have where they were sourced at or processed from what country or where. I want to know who is making the food I am buying. The cashier gal when I mentioned it to her copped an attitude and told me maybe I should shop at Costco. That's really good customer service.

I LOVE the click and go app. It allows me to run in, grab what I need, and leave without ever wasting time in line. I have, however, had a few issues with the pharmacy staff. They have been less than helpful more than once. (That is why it is a 4 out of 5.)
