I went in for an 80-minute massage and they took me in and I got 75-minute massage because 5 minutes were used for me to get undressed. That was very annoying to me. It wasn't worth the cost. There was nowhere for me to put my clothes. I had to put my shoes and purse on the floor and put my clothes on top of them. My room was very close to the front desk, and I could hear the people at the front desk talking very loudly so it was distracting and difficult to relax listening to all that chatter. They told me that when I got there that the masseuse would discuss which kind of massage I would get, and she never discussed it with me. She said that she thought that I was getting a Swedish massage I don't know who told her that but it wasn't me. All in all it was just okay and I won't be going back.

Tom cuts my hair was able to reconnect with him after several years, and a move. He takes his time, listening to the clients exact wants,he will offer an opinion if asked. Yesterday we decided to do a longer version of my hair cut so I could get used to shorter hair a little at a time. He is very thoughtful when offering a cut or style solution and thoroughly explains everything as he is "creating his masterpiece". I give both him and the very welcoming staff a 10 and would recommend to anyone looking.

Nick gave an one of the best massages I have ever had. He was very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. 
My body treatment and facial were also fantastic. The entire experience was a 10!

I've been going to Appearance Day Spa for many years. The Spa is beautiful, and clean, and I am always treated very well by the friendly and welcoming staff. I go there every 4 to 6 weeks for a haircut and color and I am always pleased. Manicures and pedicures are done perfectly and last for several weeks. The Spa also has a wonderful selection of hair products that really help to maintain my hairstyle. If you really want to pamper yourself you can look at the wonderful selection of boutique clothing and accessories that pull together your special look. Can't say enough about Appearance. I am consistently happy with the way I look and feel after being there!
