I came to get my mother's iPhone screen replaced and was told that they were not able to change it due to water damage and suggested I buy a new phone instead. Once I left I realized my front facing camera was not working. When I returned they told me that it was possible that the camera might have been damaged from when they took the screen off but offered no resolution to this problem. After this I took it to a cellphone repair location where they were able to repair the screen and discovered that the camera cable was cut and that some screws were missing. It is amazing what Apple technicians will do to make you buy a new phone!

I've been to a "Today at Apple" course and it was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. I won't say anything about how they are handling other situations, but for this one I was satisfied.

Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the gentle man,but I had a good experience on my first visit at the Aventura store,I was very happy when I left. I bought my laptop at Bestbuy A manor problem happened because I am not a computer savy.the geeks told me I have to pay $29.00 for shipping just to diagnose the problem. I was smart enough I left and took my laptop the Aventura,it took me less than 2 hours For my laptop to be checked and fixed no fee👍🏿

Hirelings standing around, that's what this store stands for. More employees than shoppers and devices, a wait for hours of a show that never comes. An expensive device made out of fancy material to breakdown so you can buy more. Wicked company out for your money and never enough.
I'm done with Apple and story started only but a couple of months ago and in the Lincoln Rd Store.
By the way, Riana "the only one", is out to enjoy slapping people on the face(metaphorically speaking), grinning at you as if you were a lier or a thief. Meanwhile, this is what they are..

I'm left with a broken, bitten and rotten Apple... Horrible costumer service, incompetent and out for your money, nothing else. I'm not fixing this damn MacPro for 800 bucks (1300$ to buy), I'd rather buy 3 other laptops for this price, which I am..

My use of Mac was short and please tell, until I had to deal with your representatives. Good bye Apple, I'm going back to my orange... Nexus! My bad, I had to give it a try but, "curiosity killed the 🐈"..

I'm going to write the sorry of Lincoln Rd show soon, stay tuned and enjoy the few pics.

Bad
I just wanted my screen to get clean & they could not do that!!!
Since you guys work in business you should be able to do that. 
Also I have insurance .
