one of the best services in this store. Assistant manager Vadim was as correct, polite and professional as possible. He knows all the lines of cellular communication products and told me in detail about the advantages and disadvantages of each model that interested me. I will definitely come back to buy only from Vadim

Vadym is a star and whenever I go there , he fixes everthing for me . Whether a new iPhone 15 or mobile WiFi or even resetting the mobile WiFi cos I made the password so long it didn’t match . Vadym will take care of any issue you will have , that’s been like guaranteed on my side folks . I definitely recommend this branch to everyone

Excellent service provided by the amazing Anna Kat, today!! She patiently waited for hours while all my data was transferred from my old phone I had forgotten my trust wallet pass keys and I had to run home to get them! she was awesome!! Thank you so much for your help!!

The worst experience in this store. I went to the store and after one and a half hours the salesperson Vadym didn't say anything, and I had to leave. The slowest person ever. Don't recommend that place.  I went into the store wanting to buy a watch. The salesperson Vadym told me to wait as he was selling it at the moment. After a while, he didn't sell it and gave it to me, when his other colleague came and got my information for the purchase something happened in the system. Vadym was still busy with the same clients who didn't buy the watch. His colleague gave him the watch and told me to wait and that he was going to resolve this issue and I could be able to buy the watch. 30 minutes pass by while he is still talking to the same clients. Then he didn’t say anything and I saw how he sold the watch I was waiting one hour and a half for. The only thing he said was “sorry”. Thank you Vadym for wasting my time.

Bed experience with KAT she is the lie to us since we work in 1st she said that they have the color of the watch that I want and they don't  . 2nd she try to convince us to drop our 10 years account to move to different account and it will be the same price. After she run our credit find out the price  more alot more . Ripoff She no professional, and not qualified  at all .

Kat is an absolutely outstanding employee who went above and beyond to rectify my rather irritating situation. She is very knowledgeable and radiates positivity. If you come to this store with an issue - seek out Kat for guaranteed results

The staff is very polite. I am very happy with Vadim's service. He is a professional in his field.

I went on vacation and broke my phone. This was the closest tmobile in the area. Gigi the girl that helped me lied to my face and gave me a tracker. I specifically said will I be charged in any way for this and she dead up lied in my face. I went to my hotel with it. Didn't think anything of it. Next day I get a text thank you for adding another line. Now usually you would get text right away. But idk it seemed weird to me. Very upset she basically lied and that tracker service is $10 a month mind you I just bought a $900 phone. Don't recommend this place. And she's slow. So everything was in slow motion. I spoke with tmobile and they will be refunding me any restocking fees I get charged.

The best point of sale and help with network problems. Gigi is the best consultant who has extensive knowledge of every problem that occurs in the phone or network, I highly recommend her as the best one.
