I would like to say 'Thank You' to to Ernest Day for making my iPhone shopping experience exciting and fun. Ernest was very patient and supportive, he did not rush or push me to buy a phone, he was genuinely enthusiastic about new Apple products and technologies which helped me seal the deal and become a happy iPhone X owner. After I purchased the iPhone, Ernest made sure all my old iPhone data was transferred to my new iPhone, he explained and showed to me some basic and other useful user options, and wrote down for me all I need to know in case I need further on-line and/or in-store support and training. Thank you, Ernest, once again for making me feel secure and happy about making a leap forward from iPhone 5 to a cool iPhone X. I will definitely be back to the Garden State Mall Apple store for more Apple products.

I know this is a review for the apple store itself but one technical support guy Garrett I wanted to say was EXCELLENT! he was super friendly & most importantly very knowledgeable. Thanks to his guidance I was very satisfied with the result of solution to my issues. Plus we had a fun conversation along with another associate. My time with Nick was short but he was nice as well.

My 7-month old iPhone 6S stopped recharging and stopped syncing with my car. I brought it to the Apple store in Paramus and they told me a connector was missing and it can’t be repaired and since it’s physical damage it’s not under warranty. The "tech" then told me my only recourse was to buy a new phone. I told him I’ll never buy another Apple product. I left the store and proceeded to a local cell phone repair place near my home who not only fixed it in under an hour, but also gave me a 6-month warranty to boot. Once this phone actually does die, I will replace it with an Android. I'm finished with Apple.

I spend too much money on apple products to have this type of service. Nobody came to ask me if I need help or anything. I had to chase  employees around the store and also they provided false information to me . I just wanted to exchange my watch and no one was able to help me. I spend there 40 minutes and no one was able to tell me to which desk I should go in order to make the exchange. And at the end one of the employees gave me attitude that the lady in the front and the other one in the middle gave me wrong information. I gave up and went to apple store at Willowbrook where employees actually know how to have positive customer relationships. For sure I’ll never go to Garden State Apple store again...

Doug Nearpass is the perfect Apple rep. He took his time, but yet used every second to be informative, clear and concise in his answers and questions. He answered all of our questions and directed us in a clear path to resolve our concerns.  Koodo’s to Doug, you are a five star.
