Apple Honda provided great service when I had an emergency with my Honda Fit and saw me the same day. After learning my back right tire was loose, missing a lug nut and could have potentially fell off while driving, they fixed all issues with it and realigned my tires, as well as an oil change and wind shield wiper replacements. Overall, it was affordable and Apple Honda ensured that my car was safe to drive. I will definitely be going there for my next service appointment.

Fast reliable service. Wait area clean and had coffee and bagels. The guys give you a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and what they were doing. Best of all not a long wait time.

POOR all the way around, starting with adviser Mike and compounded by assistant manager John, who did not return two phone calls. Took 2015 Accord (under warranty) for battery issue. Battery had been jump started by roadside assistance. Spent 3 hours in waiting room while battery was tested. Found nothing wrong. Testing at 2 different Auto Zones showed ``Bad battery.'' I said to Mike ``would you sent your family member out of here without a battery replacement?'' He said ``I don't know.'' No return calls from service for over three weeks.. Had to pay $120 for new battery at Mavis, which also said battery tested as deficient. I have photographic proof of battery test should anyone want to see it. I had brought both of our cars to APPLE with no issues in the past. Never again. And still no response FROM MANAGEMENT.

I used to go to another dealer and am happy I made the switch to Apple Honda for my services. Very satisfied once again. Although Charlienisnt there who used to help me, I asked for mechanic Ryan who always works on my car and was told absolutely and the staff was great. Thanks for the work.

Everyone at Apple has been helpful. When I needed time before I could accept the car they accommodated me. They surprised me by getting a low interest rate loan. My salesperson, Michael is well versed in the features and didn't try and force anything on me. I have been pleased thus far.
