We stopped for cocktails at the outdoor bar. Drinks were good, it was quiet, and seats across the way overlook the bay. Beautiful. Unfortunately the drinks are at NYC pricing. $12 for a glass of icy sangria seems steep, especially in the off season.

The lay out of the room is awful. The tv is set way to far over so only one bed can really see it. There is a full size couch in the room that is actually really comfortable.
The place is really clean. The staff is friendly. But there really is no little store there like most other hotels have now.
I gave it 4 stars because although the room layout is bad and the toilet isn't a power flush (which just skeeves me) the room was,really really clean and I liked that. Plus everyone who works there is super friendly and I like that too.
I would stay here again.

Have stayed there twice when visiting family. Price is excellent, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is incredibly friendly, breakfast is great, and the location is good (near the highway, and right next to the aquarium). Biggest positive this time, though, was the service. Breakfast had listed that there would be biscuits and gravy. Unfortunately they ran out of biscuits. The front desk host told us that she would try her hardest to get some, but unfortunately they weren't delivered. However, she ended up bringing us some after they were delivered at about 11am, along with butter and jelly. And they comped a potion of our bill, which is more than I would expect. Well done all around.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had and I’ve traveled all over the country for work! From the staff to the management was a very pleasant experience

Can't say enough for a family short trip. Stayed 2 nights with young kids (2,3) they loved the hotel. The rooms are a nice size, complementary breakfast is very good with options and it has interesting activities to entertain the kids each night. And perfect spot for the Aquarium next door. Thank You Hyatt.
