In the past my experience here has been second to none. I love the way things are structured so that every person gets the individual attention they ask for and gets treated with respect. Recently I scheduled an appointment with a specialist to look into a common issue with my 6plus. The camera was shaking rapidly rendering it useless- an issue which has been reported across most 6plus models. The specialist I saw said my iPhone did not qualify for repairs under the warranty and that I'd have to pay out of pocket. I chose to decline the offer. The specialist was nice but his hands were tied. In the apple survey email I expressed my disappointment in the situation and soon got an email from the manager of this location asking if I'd be willing to meet. I happily replied "yes" and got nothing in return. After almost a week I sent another email asking if they would like to schedule a weekend. Still nothing. Since this is extremely uncharacteristic of apple I feel it reflects poorly on the entire organization.

Normally have the best customer service of any apple store I have been to. Normally have great selection and they always help you set up your new phone or computer.

Store is overcrowded. I love Apple, but I'm not sold on their store layouts. The associates are knowledgable, but if you just want to try a product, you might be better off going to Best Buy.

The apple store is always fun to go be a looky loo, however the service has declined. I do not know if they do not have enough staff members, but I have seen them just talk to each other rather than helping customers. Each time I've needed help, I have had to hunt someone down.

Today was a sad day. Apple turned away a loyal customer. I found an apple watch on target's ad for 229.00. I thought the Apple Store price matched and I know they have in the past . So I decided I would just run in and get the watch at Apple. However turns out it's really to the managers discretion. After waiting for a long time for the manager to help us. The manager explained that they had special permission to do that in the past and would only give 10 percent off. We left the store and didn't buy our other purchases either. I order the watch at Target, and walked in and picked it up in a matter of minutes. That is not the quality of service that kept me loyal to Apple. I might have to rethink where I buy my electronics from now on.
