The Lili Pad has some of the nicest people working there. I am a frequent shopper there because of the plethora of options and they always have the best sales. There is a reason why they have been chosen to receive the Parent's Choice award for multiple years in a row. The staff is always so helpful to help me find the perfect gift or outfit for my child(ren).

I love The Lili Pad. Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful. Great Selections!!!!!! Great clothes!!!!! My daughter has been wearing clothes from the store for many years. So glad they now have the tween clothing. GiGi 's. is one of our favorite places to shop.

Very poor customer service. Certainly do not care about return customers. I was given an Auburn smocked dress for my little girl at a shower and it was a 3 month. But now that fooball season has rolled around she definitly needs more like a 9 month. I tried to swap the dress (never worn with tags still on) for the SAME dress in a larger size and they would not do it. I realize it was a long gap between purchase and swap, but the girl told me how these were flying off the shelf and I certainly think they would have been able to resell my dress regardless of how long it was in my hands. If I were the store owner/manager I would think making this swap would have been the more about getting a repeat customer, not about following store policy. Surely being in the business of baby clothes this is not the first time someone has needed a different size on a gift given at a shower... Also, to the owner or manager if you should ever read this, you should really reconsider the older lady that works in the front. Completely rude and unfriendly. I will not be giving them future business and will be spreading the word to my friends with children. Good luck to you if you choose to shop with them.
