I have been shopping with Little Soles for my grandchildren since I became a Yiayia! The quality of Little Soles' merchandise as well as the personal attention that they devote to the children exceeds every expectation. A great place to get children's shoes, they really invest in their customers and strive to provide the best shoe and fit.

I have had great experiences at this shoe store. Their service is great, they gave us individual care and made my child feel very comfortable. It definately has made me go back multiple times. I am sure they are aware with children you will be back often as their feet grow so fast! I also have found that their prices are comparable to zappos, which made me feel good. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer of this store.

For my son's first pair of shoes I went to Sikes in Homewood. Exceptional customer service and great experience all around. A few months later it was time to upgrade to a bigger size. I live in the Cahaba Heights area and really wanted to contribute locally so I decided to try out Little Soles. Horrible decision. No one greeted me, asked if they could help me or even acknowledged my presence in the store the entire 10 minutes I was there. I can understand if there were a lot of other customers that needed help but there were 2 ladies working and only one other customer that was browsing. I walked out and never went back. On average we spend around $50 on a pair of shoes for both of my children and local or not, I would rather that money be spent at Sikes where I know I'm going to get customer service.

I have been to this store 2 times, and both times the staff did not try to help me or even greet me as I entered the store. The same two blondes, gossiping about customers as they leave the store. Maybe they only cater to certain ethnicities.
