Pretty lame experience to be honest. We came for the $1 Long Island Ice Teas, which were terrible. It’s probably half a shot of alcohol and the rest of the glass is cocktail mixes. They couldn’t get my order right twice, my friends orders got messed up and they got their food two times before I saw my order. They tried to take my food halfway through eating it to fix it. 
Also, our waitress was terrible. Her name was Kat and she didn’t write down our tables orders and got them all wrong more than once. She should definitely be let go or the company should spend it’s money training her again. 

HOWEVER

I guess it’s kid’s night and they ran out of kids, so this guy Kenny kept bringing my table balloon designs for the holidays and this dude deserves a raise. We loved him.

Mack at the bar,  is friendly, Prompt, and knows I'm on my lunch hour and can't wait around.. been many times,  and plan on being back
Food is always well prepared..
One of The  Better Applebees I've been to.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The service was okay, nothing at all to brag about but the food itself was absolutely awful. My husband ordered a well done steak that came to the table still bloody and my chicken caesar salad was served with brown, wilted lettuce, no cheese, and virtually no dressing. It looked so disgusting I couldn't even attempt to eat it. The kid's chicken tenders were severely overcooked and hard as a rock to the point where they had trouble biting into them. It's completely disheartening that we had to pay over $70 for food that we didn't even eat to turn around and go to another restaurant to get some decent food. Such a shame that even Burger King puts this place to shame.
