NOT PROFESSIONAL!  There was a server that I really liked. She made it seem like it would be a smooth process to host an event. I have no issues with the wait staff!!  It is the Catering Manager that was unprofessional! I understanding being busy but that is what assistants are for or you will just have to pull some extra hours. Returning a phone call is NOT HARD!! John (catering manager) was very  difficult to get in touch with. He never returned my calls. He always said that he would get back to me and did not. I liked the facility because it was low key was able to accommodate a small group (20-40 people) for a good price. However, the stress of trying to lock in a date is not worth it. I am trying to throw my friend a surprise party so I gave him several dates that I could do it. I told him money was not a problem and he still did not get back to me. The lack of professionalism is concerning. I called so much that I am sure the staff recognized my number. Some of them even recognized my name. That is terrible. A month of calling this place and nothing was resolved. Thanks for nothing!! Never again.  2 stars because I liked staff.

Service was outstanding atmosphere was so so I just don't see how you can justify a cup of Chile albeit awesome and a picture of a local beer at $16.00 I'll be going to hertsch's next time I stand behind my evaluation lost potential repeat customer.
