The menu is much improved since my last visit years ago.  Many options for all and very good appetizer selections.  Decent beer menu.  Lot's of TVs for watching sports.  Service was not great on last visit but others have been fine.  Nice atmosphere.

You get what you pay for. This isn't fine dining. It's where you go when you want someone to serve you something, anything, just so you don't have to cook for yourself or your family, without breaking the bank. Great if you have children as everyone else does and it makes for a very noisy environment. Food is fine for what it is, don't expect to be wowed. Servers are generally nice and about as attentive as you would expect from a place like this.

Service is slow, food is not nearly as good as it looks on ads or on the menu, not very clean even when it is not busy, cocktails seem to be watered down and overpriced.

The wait staff and hostess were professional and kind. The food was excellent, tasty and looked good. Accommodating in switching my fries for a salad. The floor and Windows were due for a good cleaning but restroom was clean.

Pretty new location in the Highland Common's plaza. The menu, you kind of know what you're getting from the chain, but this location was a little disappointing compared to others. 
Came for a late dinner on a weekend, which wasn't busy and was seated straight away by a friendly front of house, but it was 45 mins waiting for the food to come. The burger, ordered well done, managed to be burned, dry and yet very rare in the centre. A grilled cheese was burned and a side of mashed potatoes were very dry and appeared to have been sitting around a while.
Whilst the servers were very friendly, there was only the one offer of a drinks top up, as we were getting ready to leave.
There are far to many options in the vicinity to want to go back to this location.
